APRIL CALENDAR – CEU CLASSES: In light of the COVID-19 issue, I have been diligently putting together a very rough online CEU for Mechanical Code that will be based on the Blackboard Learning Management System. I am currently working on the Plumbing CEU online course as we speak.  Either of the CEU classes will require that you have a UA Blackboard login & password. This is how we will do this;

You must send Maria an email (maria@jatc412.com) to sign up for the class before the deadlines on the calendar and she will need;

• Your full name
• Last 4 of your SSN (which will become your password for your account)
• UA card number
• Current address to send your completion card to
• Your Journeyman license number
• Expiration of your license

Maria will give me the information I need to request your UA Blackboard account which can take a couple of days to have created.

I will send you an e-mail with the website, instructions, your login name and your password.

You will be able to log onto the course session which will open at 8 am on the 18^th for Plumbing and 8 am on the 25^th for Mechanical.

You will have from 8 am on Saturday to midnight on Sunday to complete the session. At midnight, the session will shut down.

You must score 80 on each of the individual module tests to be considered to have passed the CEU ( you will have the ability to retake each test two additional times to attain a score of 80 or better)

Upon completion you will send me an email as instructed in the last module of the CEUI will grade your session and if passed, begin the process to send out your CEU completion card.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DEADLINES FOR SIGNING UP.  I will need time to get your Blackboard account set up with the UA before the class session starts on those Saturdays.

These online CEUs are very rough and will need to be improved as time goes on, however, it is my goal to get you something to work with during this virus situation. I will look in the future for hiring a web developer to give us a much more professional and robust online CEU presence that will include video as well.
